|Founder, lettrs. The quality & care dimensions on the lettrs network rewrite the rules for sanity in social, and civility in messaging as we know it.|
Dear Friends of lettrs,
We have been powering the worlds letters now for six years and the emotional contributions of people have inspired many others.
But now we ask for your help! Please support our “Save lettrs” campaign on GoFundMe, no matter how small the contribution. Any contribution of $25 or more will receive premium edition for life, and our lasting thanks.
All proceeds of the lettrs campaign go to maintaining the technology that underpins the world’s only mobile network dedicated to letters and our legacy of lasting words.
In thanks and respect,
We remember this week the innate calling of freedom that swells in the hearts of everyone in the world. May the world know more peace by as many people finding freedom in their country, in their language and customs, preserving for even the least fortunate the divine dignity of the human condition.
And in the imperfect process of cultivating Liberty, may we seek to understand more than to be understood.
A happy place brings light to the stars, a moon to the sky, and a friend by your side.
A happy place let’s you see no more limits to your life.
I think if I were ever famous, it would first be for being a great dad and then for imagining a wonderful place like lettrs, where people seek the best in their words as opposed to the worst.
Thanks to all who take time to write,
Just wanted to say thank you
you have created a place for those who may otherwise feel lost.
Here thoughts and feelings can be expressed free of judgment,So thank you because I have found a place I can set my thoughts and feelings free
Love is what we turn to when nothing else works.
Love is what lifts the oldest eyes or the most broken heart, knowing no nation or race.
Love sneaks up behind us when we need it most.
Love is to life what water is to the world. Abundant but vulnerable, and not a day goes by that we can live without it.
What makes lettrs a special place is not the software, but the amazing substance of people across the world who actually take time to think about what they write.
Every letter is unique, and every person who creates has their own unique story.
What legacy will you leave in lettrs?
For lettrs is here for those scarce messages in your life that are meant to last.
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave such encouraging words and praise on my recent #SkylarkChallenge it's always lovely to receive feedback. That's very much appreciated.
I want to take this opportunity to also thank you for your support and contribution towards the prizes.
Apologies for the tardiness in my writing to you but I have had very little time due to the challenges. Things are still happening behind the scenes. We will share the big reveal in a couple of weeks time.
If we don’t have a chance to feel broken, then we don’t have the joy to feel repaired.
My road is no different than yours - when we acknowledge our common imperfections of being human.
Dear lettrists, announcing Reservoire app!
One of our newer meaningful inventions in mobile comes via a new iOS application we developed called Reservoire, which is a health socialization and automation app to help people increase their Health IQ and self-care skills.
If you would like to write me a direct letter about what health means to you then I would gladly send you a $60 code for free Reservoire premium.
Thanks and never hesitate to contact me.
We intended to create the “mindful message” with the lettrs one minute minimum.
Somethings in life are meant to be slower, and for that we created lettrs as the medium for the intentional. We hope you agree.
Life is a contact sport, so never lose contact with the people and places that matter the most.
Be an original!
The best PenPals are those who see you as a blank canvas, every time, and invite you to fill that space however you want.
This app is amazing! I love that you are so involved taking time to not only read what we have to say but actually writing lettrs back!! And just so you know i ended up telling a few people about the app. Not going to lie at first I wasn't trying to say the name of the app. J kept saying "Weekly writing challenge" 😂 . This is my personal space.... I just had surgery on Thursday (hernia repair) so I've been spending most of my time on this app. I enjoy meeting new people and I feel like I meet them through their lettrs .
Smile it really is good for the soul 😊
I have faith in many things that my mother taught me, and for that I am grateful.
For all the mothers!
It was once written that “fear is a natural response of moving closer to the truth.” I hope that lettrs has helped people find the truth in themselves, to overcome their fears and write things that help them find what’s in their heart.
We are all part of a bold experiment in technology, to see if longevity in words and meaningful messages can exist in our detached world.
Dear Drew Bartkiewicz,
I’m a few days deep into what is going to be an incurable Lettrs obsession! Upon dabbling on here, I had to read more about the background!
I read all about you & your idea behind it, which is brilliant & when I saw you were active on the app yourself
I thought to myself -
“Wow! What a guy!”
After only 5 days on Lettr I have begun dabbling in writing again as to deal with my addiction/mental health, which I have not done in years.
It turns out, people like my writings and I have actually found a few people I chat about Recovery with on the side!
Users are all friends, looking to help others & quick to compliment, unlike the other social media rights. It’s is ...
The mystery of faith is the often misunderstood gift of God. What is life without mystery? If we knew “everything” then what would drive us to search, discover or strive for the unknown? Certainty would leave us as sedentary beings...which we are not.
The mystery of faith is not for comfort but for sparking the restless pursuit of what it really means to be part of the human condition. Faith and thinking go hand in hand. Without faith we are left with nothing to stoke the imagination and inspiration of learning life’s greatest mysteries.
I pray for a little mystery in your life, this Easter weekend.
Dear Drew Bartkiewicz,
Thank you for creating this app and for allowing us to have a right of passage through it. I have been on here for a long time and at times I have writers block but then I open the app and even if I don’t write I see the wonderful things others write and create. Very grateful to be able to have this app and have a place where I have a voice. Just wanted to thank you!
Dear Drew Bartkiewicz,
I don't know exactly what to say,
I feel privileged to be the featured writer and I am very thankfull for it. I did not see that one coming ;). I just want to say thank you, a lot. Lettrs is a great app and I am very glad that I discovered it. Thanks for making this oppurtunity for many people. It's a great way to share feelings, experiences, visions, creativity and love, understanding and recognition I think. Thanks!
If we learn to care for ourselves, then we just may be capable of caring for someone else.
Find your calm,
What is a man to be?
What is a man to see?
The road less traveled has trampled him, the path unknown smacked his soul.
But what is a man, after all, without a goal?
He is left to float alone on an empty sea.
If I thought lettrs would not have an impact in the world, I would not have kept this grand experiment going.
It is the most emotionally intelligent network I know, thanks to all of you and in 80 languages.
Make your mark!
Dear Drew Bartkiewicz,
I appreciate so much your words.
Lettrs has been the door for meeting interesting people.
I hope this app can reach more people every day.
Thank you for allowing me to be part of the lettrs' family.
Lettrs is the one app!
I feel sharing my thoughts without any hiccups!
You feel like it's your personal diary where you will write whatever strikes!
And you will post, without having a thought!
Thank you lettrs for being there!
Love from another side of the world!
Dear Drew Bartkiewicz,
Thanks a lot for the stamps you often send to me. I also appreciate your restless efforts to facilitate this magnificent platform with more and more features. I pray Almighty to give you strength to succeed in every endeavor. Regards .
Freedom is what happens when we don’t think about scarcity but about abundance - not of material things but of timeless pleasures like the present day.
What would you give to live in a free state? Even if freedom meant carrying a few less things on your back...
The essence of women is the origin of life, the elegance of love and the energy of passion. The power of women is mysterious and involved, inviting and defined.
Women possess a 6th sense to know what we are thinking, without ever showing they are listening. What strong man has never fallen for the wonder of a woman?
It is that wonder - that depth of mystery - that makes life so much more...
In a world full of lights and sounds and flashes, you are a part of something that makes people slow down, consider, tap into their own genius and create.
The frailty of geniuses and artists, however, is that they need an audience to be seen and understood. Lettrs is a hidden gem; a haven to those bold and tortured souls who long to be heard and seen.
It is a canvas for the hearts of those whose lips have faltered and failed at their task of expression and whose lives have left them longings unfulfilled. It is a place where truth is wrapped up in the tapestry of prose; even pain is redressed for the occasion and becomes beautiful.
Thank you for fostering a meeting of the minds ...
I must admit, the new paper in the “faces” collection of lettrs stationery has me thinking deeper than ever.
Thanks to Martha for creating an inspired collection. We will tag the stationery as “Mindful” for a brave new tapestry of your letters from across the globe. Go deep...
Think, write, live,
